is the parent company for both Sonoma Overhead Doors and Access Control Systems. The founders, Bob Baeyen and David Nisenson, have over 60 years combined experience in the access control industry.

Sonoma Overhead Doors:

Sonoma Overhead started in 1977 as a one-man garage door and opener service in Petaluma. We sell, install and repair garage doors and operators. We are usually able to provide same day service and estimates in Napa, Sonoma and Marin Counties.

Since the beginning, we have grown steadily and have over 8000 customers in the area. We have installed over 15,000 garage doors in Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties. We maintain good relationships with our customers, and have many long-term contractor accounts.

We specialize in custom carriage house doors. We carry several lines of custom doors, both swinging and overhead, wood, steel and aluminum. We have installed over 400 Carriage House door projects.

Access Control Systems:

Access Control Systems began as collaboration between Sonoma Overhead and Levine Fence Co. in 1991. Gate openers were just becoming mainstream for residences at that time. We sell, design, install and repair automatic gate systems, ornamental iron, telephone and CCTV systems.

We are leaders in several fields: beautiful ornamental iron fabrication, state-of-the-art electronics, and the highest installation standards. This allows us to offer the longest warranty in the industry, 2 years parts and labor.

We are the experts in Emergency Access systems for your gates or building doors. We were the pioneer in installing the Click2Enter emergency responder system. We keep the bad guys out and let the good guys in.
